So, I’m the kind of person who loves to snack on cheese and crackers, and this creamy goat cheese spread is exactly what I crave when I’m in the mood for snacking. This spread also pairs nicely with fresh veggies, if you’re looking for a healthier option.

In addition to the sundried tomatoes and goat cheese, this simple spread includes cream cheese, lemon juice, and a variety of seasoning. Whether you’re making this for yourself or for a gathering, this spread is sure to please. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup goat cheese

1 (227g) container cream cheese

Juice from a medium lemon

1/4 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/3 cup roughly chopped sundried tomatoes

Directions

- Put both kinds of cheese on the counter ahead of time so they soften a bit.

- Place the cheese in a food processor and pulse to combine a bit.

- Add in one tbsp of lemon juice and process.

- Scrape the edges often.

- Continue to add in a tbsp at a time of lemon juice and process until smooth.

- Depending on how thick or thin you want the spread, you might not use all the lemon juice.

- Add in the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

- Process until well combined and smooth. Add in a little more lemon juice if needed.

- Place the spread in a bowl and add in the sundried tomatoes.

- Mix well.
